Logline and Synopsis:

Logline:

It's a Family, Fraud and Crime in the Bank. Illicit Relationship. And finally, the job holder lands in jail and the Court Proceedings takes place, and the Judge gives verdict in favor of the candidate who was in the crime line.

Synopsis; A crime, fraud and a forgery by a bank employee. He makes money in a fraudulent manner. Enjoys well. His family gets ruined. He has a second set up. He lands in the problem. Bank Auditors notice this fraud and shortfall of money. Files a Police case. Case in the Court of Law. Finally, the Court acquits the employee of not guilty. By that time, the employee family is not seen anywhere. Family gets ruined. Husband cheats wife and children.

The Husband also cheats his employer Bank. A good Bank job holder turns Bank Thief. Husband’s all bad habits. Husband involved in gambling, racing, deceiving, drinking, playing cards and what not, made him to deceive his own bread-giver employer. Loses bank job. Suffers jail term. Husband maintains an illicit relationship with another woman. Wife and children suffer because of Husband’s very bad habits. Ultimately, entire family ruins and lose the family image and reputation. Finally, Husband lands in jail and suffers. Family ruins. There is no Surname address. Social circle boycotts the family The Entire family suffers, but for Husband bad deeds 

A crime, fraud and a forgery by a bank employee. He makes money in a fraudulent manner. Enjoys well. His family gets ruined. He has a second set up. He lands in problem. Bank Auditors notice this fraud and short-fall of money. Files a Police case. Case in the Court of Law. Finally, the Court acquits the employee of not guilty. By that time, the employee family is not seen anywhere. Family gets ruined.

One of the Bank Staff, was in a position in the cash counter. Very thin and skeleton staff. Bank Manager used to repose confidence on this all-important senior staff. He was also in a position to handle Fixed Deposits from the customers and used to give FDRs. He took advantage with the collusion of a Store Keeper in getting blank Fixed Deposit receipts. He used to obtain Bank Managers signature and used to college Fixed deposits. He never maintained any official ledgers. He used to manage and maintain only his personal accounting system. He used to remit the interest in time in the customers’ account. He made good amount and used to play gambling, horse races etc. He used to have illicit relationship with one woman.

He got his wife and two children (son and daughter). He used to neglect his family. Used to spend lot of money on the second un-official set-up.  This Bank fraud man earlier was having all the debts. But now he used to live luxury life. This came suspicion in other staff.

Bank Manager is supposed to show good Fixed Deposits to the bank each year. Bank Head Office Auditors could find this lapse and the Bank never showed any FDRs collected. But the Bank Manager declared that his branch made good cash deposits in the form of FDRs. The doubt came in the Head Office Auditing Department.

The Store Keeper hanged himself, due to fear of this lapse, because he colluded with this Fraud Bank staff for meagre amounts and entertainments given by the Fraud Bank Staff.

Family members of this Fraud man was advised several times. But he never heeds any advice from his relations and friends. There was a good lapse on the part of Bank Manager and believed this Fraud staff right from the beginning. But ultimately, the Bank Manager was responsible to the Bank Headquarters.

The Fraud man was caught while the customers demanded their original Deposit Money. But by that time this Fraud man was very irregular to his bank. Complaints came in from the bank customers regarding their deposited amounts. But there were no entries in the official bank records. Bank Manager was surrounded by the bank customers and were demanding their deposits bank.

A police case was filed. Police arrested and this Fraud man. In the meantime, departmental inquiry conducted. This Fraud man was held guilty and also the Bank Manager too. Both were suspended from the Bank.

The case has been filed in the Court of Law.  The case of adjourned many times. The Bank and the Police could not file strong witnesses and documentary evidences. The was went weak.  In the last, the Judge gave a verdict that the Fraud man was not found guilty. Only the Manager was responsible.  But, by the time the verdict came in favour of this Fraud man, he was happy. Reinstated back. He claimed all his pending dues and opted for Voluntary Retirement. He got all his payments from the bank. He was relived from the Jail. By the time he came out from the jail, his family members were not seen anywhere. There was no trace of his family and children. He continued to stay with his second set-up with all his booty and income proceeds.

Later the Bank Manager died. The Bank Management from then decided as a policy matter, not to retain any staff in the same branch more than 2 years.

This Fraud man spoiled his surname through his wilful crime and fraud and bad habits.

Ultimately, all the Bank Deposited Customers were paid their Deposits to keep the image of the Bank. The Fraud man had deceived his own mother Bank. This Fraud man cheated his Bank officials. He enjoyed with the Bank Money at the cost of his bank staff and public money.  The God has given the punishment that his wife and two children were suffered for the act of this Fraud man.

In the later part of years, this Fraud man died. 

There were many questions unanswered by the Bank Management. The fault lies in the Bank Management. The advantage was taken by the Bank Staff due to the loop-holes of the Bank functioning and poor management.

DERAILED MISSION (Story)

Derailed Mission story

Synopsis: It’s a story of couple who were in deep love. 27-page story. Software person had illicit relationship at US, when his first wife comes to India for delivery purpose. This software person deceives his first wife. Software person met accident at US. Job lost. No Income. Again, he was trying for another IT job. In the meantime, again this person met with accident and died. Babaji, one saint whom the first wife approaches were consoled and talked about the life philosophy. The first wife gives birth to a baby. She never marries again. She became the follower of Babaji. A friend of her helps in all aspects in the crucial stages. It’s Low budget story for a Film making.

Generally, software people, who ones leave India for career’s sake, never return to India.  People get settled at somewhere in some country.  These people never bothered to get married up to the age of 35-40 years. 

          One Mr. Krishnan, B Tech ITean marriage took place in Dubai four years back with Sheela, B Tech girl.  Both went to America from Dubai and doing software jobs and earning handsomely. In the meantime, the Sheela was pregnant. Due to family pressure, Sheela opted to resign her job and came back to her home place at Hyderabad (India) to stay with her parents till such time the delivery took place.  Both used to speak regularly over phone each week. Sheela was in advanced stage of pregnancy.

Krishnan, the husband of Sheela, was handsome, but what transpired him was not known. During the absence of her wife, Krishnan was involved in another love affair with an Indian born Christian girl by name Pricilla, who was also a software girl with very high sound profile & financial condition and only daughter of a top influential person in India. Krishnan got tempted to lavish style of living, did not reveal about his marital status and got engaged to this Christian girl Pricilla. Both were leading the unofficial marriage life even before the marriage, that too during the absence of Krishnan’s first wife Sheela.

Krishnan did not inform anything about this to his first wife Sheela, and stopped speaking over phone with his first wife in a slow process.  Whenever, his first wife Sheela telephoned Krishnan from Hyderabad, he just was evading to speak to Sheela telling her that he was very busy and having meetings at office. Few weeks and months rolled. One day, Krishnan planned to marry his second love lady Pricilla at Hyderabad. This was conveyed to Pricilla in the last minute, as there was no other go to him except to reveal the truth about his first marriage with Sheela.  The second love lady Pricilla, however, just managed to hear the words of him, and was willing to wait for some more time.

 What transpired between Krishnan and the first wife Sheela was not known. But Krishnan’s mind was brain-washed by Pricilla, the second love lady, as Pricilla thought that her father was highly influential in India and that she could get on with Krishnan, after the divorce settlement with Sheela was over.

In the meantime, Krishnan and Pricilla enjoyed a lot in the glittering world and there were no boundaries for their unofficial marriage life. Both were dreaming high and in view of money, luxury, power, influence at their disposal.

          As the time was rolling, Pricilla was pressurizing Krishnan for early marriage. But Krishnan was postponing the same due to the delivery time of his first wife Sheela, as he thought that this is not the time for going in for the divorce. In the meantime, whenever Sheela used to telephone Krishnan from Hyderabad Krishnan was evading speaking to Sheela, fearing phone tampering by Pricilla.  Sheela was suspicious about Krishnan for not speaking, as like before. But Sheela took the things lightly thinking that Krishnan is a sincerely fellow.

          One day Pricilla, by mistake telephoned the number of Sheela in the absence of Krishnan. Sheela got more suspicion on Krishnan about some lady telephoning from Krishnan’s phone. Sheela was deeply thinking about drastic change in Krishnan’s attitude and not speaking to her whole-heartedly. Moreover, Krishnan stopped sending money to Sheela, as like before for her expenses.

          Sheela smelt something bad on Krishnan. But still Sheela was on positive thinking. Sheela’s parents also doubting Krishnan’s behavioral attitudes in not having any communication to Sheela. Sheela also stopped telephoning to Krishnan and fed up due to Krishnan’s non responsive manner. Sheela willed herself to not check her phone to see if Krishnan had replied. It had been about three days now. Sheela hated that she was constantly checking his 'last seen at' status and yes, he had logged in just five minutes ago. Yet she couldn't stop herself. This sinking feeling to find absolutely no communication from Krishnan was becoming unbearable, almost torturous.

And then, just as she sat down in her chair, her phone vibrated. With her heart thudding in her ear, she unlocked her phone and stared at the screen. Finally! It was his message.
But when she opened it and read it, she nearly stopped breathing. She didn't know if he was joking or not. What was this?

Krishnan sent a message that he had deeply fallen in love with Pricilla, who also loved him and were leading the family life. The message also said that he wanted to give divorce to Sheela and go in for wedlock with Pricilla. Sheela stunned. She became dumb for a while. Sheela felt like a current shock. Sheela’s mind became blank for a while. Sheela recovered after a while. Sheela got angry on Krishnan. Sheela was weeping, crying and was unable to understand the reasons of Krishnan’s message. Sometime Sheela thought that the message might have been floated erroneously or for a joke, because that day was 1st April. Sheela could not understand the reasons for this type of message sent by Krishnan. When the parents of Sheela came to her, Sheela did not inform anything on this.

          Sheela’s marriage with Krishnan took place in a dramatic way at Dubai. Both were working at a small IT firm at Dubai. Sheela used to stay at one of the ladies hostel near to her office and Krishnan also used to stay near to the ladies hostel where Sheela was staying at Dubai. Due to frequent acquaintance, both came close and got understanding to lead the life and married at Registrar of Marriages at Dubai, under Dubai Marriage Act. The Marriage Certificate issued at Dubai was lost during their one of the transits. Sheela did not have any marriage proof with her to substantiate her claims in case of any unforeseen things happens.

          Sheela’s friend Malini came to see her. Both were close friends over few years. When both met at Sheela’s house, they were discussing about the behavioral attitudes of Krishnan and non-responsive manner.  Also, Sheela was discussing about the non-availability of their Marriage documents or Marriage Certificate nor any photographs for evidential purpose, in case of any issue comes pertaining to divorce or separation. Malini had advised Sheela to keep low for few months and at appropriate time things will get set right. Malini also told Sheela that post-delivery rest is also needed and there is no point in breaking head simply thinking wasteful things.

Sheela and Malini also spoke about the following few things to get relaxed.

Why college come out chaps are crazy to choose and opt the software line?

Why the software life is preferred?

Why IT field looks to be dominating the employment sector?

Why IT field is much in demand throughout the world?

Is IT field suitable to males candidates?

Why can’t IT Sector encourage female candidates?

Are IT employees satisfied with their earnings?

Are there any good benefits in IT field when compared to Government and Banking employment in the longer run?

Why most of the IT employees change from one Company to another in a span of few years?

Is the software knowledge un-ending? Will the software technology development line last forever?

Has the software technology is much in demand worldwide?

Why IT candidates are fond of only IT sector?

Is there any job guarantee in the IT field? 

Why can’t this IT Sector be brought under Semi-Government category, or Autonomous Body category?

Which State will Bell the Cat for this type of exercise?

One software IT giant company client, who appoints a Software Engineer as a Team Lead says – Wow and Hi, My Dear employee, you will have to complete the given project work within the stipulated time frame and should be completed well ahead of the time schedules while meeting the challenges and pressures. Lest, you will be “ousted” from the job or you will be kept in the Bench.

Again, the client says – you will be “Toasted” if you do not reach the full target in the given project. But, one thing is sure, client tells to the employed IT engineer. If one wants to continue in IT field, one day or the other, one will be “Ousted” or “Toasted”, and one has to bear with it. Please get prepared, said a client to the IT employee who is engaged on the given project work in the IT sector.

Then after taking snacks and tea Malini left Sheela’s place.

After a week Malini again met Sheela. Malini took Sheela to one Babaji Saint to take the blessings, to have a sigh of relief. While discussing all the three, Babaji Saint told Sheela and Malini, the following:

LIFE IS NOT FOREVER. It is sure that whoever is born on this earth, of course on one day or the other have to definitely leave the life from this world. Nothing lasts forever in this world. 

          Our eyes will never believe and our minds never think how beautiful this “Glittering World is. Can anybody say this is not available in this world? What is not available in this world? Only thing is money is not substantially available with people. How much a person can enjoy? Can a person enjoy things alone? Everybody knew, life span is limited, based on environmental conditions of place/area. Where is the end for enjoyment? 

          Time changes a man. There are many instances – A rich man has become a pauper. A poor man became very rich man.

Babaji Saint further said to Sheela and Malini about the following, to make understand what the life is and how to live with peace of mind.

   While giving money for Charities – count the money and give. When you are throwing the money in sea, you count the money and throw.

   This Glittering World consists of ‘crooks & cracks’, ‘rich & poor’, ‘misers & spend thrifts.

   ‘One has to live in this glittering world for living sake’ and not for enjoyment’s sake’. “Glittering World is different” and “leading life” is different. Continuously enjoying in this Glittering World is also dangerous. One does not know what will happen at what time.  Time will not stop.  Life is also moving. Nobody knew, “which day it belongs to us and which day it does not belong to us”.

   Glittering World is for seeing and enjoying. “Glittering World is a world nothing but to tempt people.

Babaji Saint said, ‘all that glitters would vanish one day’.

   It is a manmade mad world. “Glitters may last forever’, but, ‘life’ does not last forever. Of course, this is everybody’s Glittering World. Our life is one time life and live for a limited year.

   Few people short close their lives on petty matters, love matters and also due to ‘desperate & disgusted mind’. Many people make suicide attempts for many reasons. Many people die due to hanging, fall before the running train. Life is a very precious one. One can do wonders in the life span time. 

The Babaji Saint said,

“It is a sin to short-close the life”. Also said “A great duty has been entrusted to one’s life – one has to wait for that duty completion till the end of life”.

   Babaji Saint lastly said,

Look Sheela and Malini- “Taking a Birth in this world is a Nature’s Blessing and Nature decides as when to go from this World”. “One has to obey the orders of Natures Blessing and Cursing”. 

After hearing the above valuable messages and advises from Babaji Saint, Sheela and Malini left Babaji’s place with a sigh of relief. Sheela was managing her life well without any disturbances.

After a couple of months Pricilla demanded Krishnan to marry her as soon as possible, but Krishnan feared something unknown to him and was evading the marriage with Pricilla. When Krishnan and Pricilla were going round in America on a holiday trip in their car, they met with an accident and fractured their legs and arms. Both were bed ridden. Krishnan did not attend to his official duties as like before.  Krishnan was removed from his job. Krishnan was just managing the days to recover from the accident.  Pricilla, being financially very sound was not having any financial problem.

Then Pricilla changed her mind on Krishnan.  Slowly Pricilla stopped moving with Krishnan and was trying to discard Krishnan from her personal life, thinking that Krishnan’s days are not favoring her.

After Krishnan’s partial recovery after few months, Krishnan and Pricilla had heated arguments on their personal life and both parted ways.

In the meantime, Krishnan’s wife Sheela gave birth to a male baby and Sheela was very happy.  There was no communication from Krishnan to Sheela for about five months.  Sheela thought that Krishnan had discarded her.  Sheela had decided not to go to America and wanted to search for a good job at home place itself.

After a couple of months, Sheela got a good Government job. There was no communication whatsoever from Krishnan to her. Sheela could not get connected to Krishnan over phone.  Krishnan’s whereabouts were not known. Sheela also did not try further to contact Krishnan.

Few years passed. Krishnan again met with another accident while he was travelling at America. Krishnan later died. There was no immediate communication to Sheela. Later after few months, some of Krishnan’s friends conveyed the message to Sheela about the death of Krishnan. Sheela wept, broke her heart, her soul wept, her tears rolled down like river water. But Sheela was helpless.

After few months, Sheela forgot Krishnan. Sheela engaged in her regular duties looking after her son. Sheela became the follower of Great Babaji Saint.

BUSINESS ON DEMAND

A SPECIAL NOTE ON COMMERCIAL ASPECTS AND PROJECTS

CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES (in India) AND REAL ESTATE FORMATION OF NEW TWO STATES AND TWO GOVERNMENTS INVESTMENT, TRADE AND BUSINESS

In view of the formation of Two New Telugu Speaking States (TELANGANA STATE (w.e.f 2nd June 2014) – presently consists of 31 Districts) and ANDHRA PRADESH STATE (w.e.f 8th June 2014) – presently consisting of 10 Unrevised Districts). It is very obvious that these are good Governments and does good Governance. There is good stability in these two new States is foreseen. There is all-round development is foreseen in all the fields including establishments of Charitable Institutions/NGOs/TRUSTS/FOUNDATION CENTERS, CONSTRUCTION, REAL ESTATE, FLATS, MALLS, INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT COLLEGES, HOTEL INDUSTRY, FUNCTION HALL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, TOURISM SECTOR, CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS/NGOs/TRUSTS/FOUNDATION CENTERS INCLUDING SOCIAL SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS, ITIR Sector HUB (Information Technology and Investment Sector) AND EDUCATION HUB.

These Two Governments are stubborn, strong and capable of doing effective good Governance for the next 5-10 years’ time. It is worth investment for new Projects and new establishment’s set-up, at this juncture, because there is lot of encouragement from these new Governments. In my opinion and observation, there will not be any major -agitations -troubles -dislocation of business and industrial sector -economic disorders, no riots, no communal harmony, no major strikes. Lot of development and growth is foreseen in the near future.  

Till before bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh into Two States (presently Andhra Pradesh with 13 Districts and Telangana with 10 Districts including Hyderabad), Hyderabad has been the IT Hub, Pharmaceutical Hub, Real Estate Hub, Education Hub, Industry & Manufacture Hub, Public Sector and Private Sector Hub, Trade and Business Hub, Tourist Center Hub , Agriculture Hub, Movie Industry Hub, likely to be the Aerospace Manufacturing Unit Hub and more than all, Hyderabad & surrounding areas are the Hub for petty businesses and Cosmopolitan City with people staying with different culture, regions, language from various States in India including foreign people studying at Hyderabad.

Also, many Public Sector Enterprises, Private Sector Industries, including various types of Manufacturing units right from Small Scale Sector, Medium Scale Sector and Large-Scale Sector are available for the manufacture of various items, viz, electronic goods, pharmaceutical items/medicines, agricultural products, garment industry, Construction material industry and other small, medium and major products of all types.  The Telangana State is having Man-Power Resources, Pharmacy raw-material Resources; Agricultural Seeds Resources, Software Development Resources, Research & Development Activities, Science & Technology, Sports & Culture, Fisheries development, Tourism Activities, Film Industry, Wine manufacturing Industry, Hotel Industry (Restaurants, Bars, Resorts, Lodging facilities 2/3/4/5 Star), Steel Industry, Printing Technology Industry, Paper manufacturing Industry, Herbal manufacture Industry, Plastic Industry, Leather Industry, TV-Press-Media-Print Industry, Transport Industry (Tourist Busses, Two/Four Wheelers, Material Carriage & Transport vehicles), Grain Industry, Food Industry, Wood-Mattress & Furniture Industry, Glass & Crockery Industry, Cosmetic & Perfumes Industry, Number of Small Scale Industries, Light and Heavy Industries, Cable Wire manufacturing Industry, Pre-fabricated Building Material Industry, Chemical Industry  and many more Industries and Activities including Social Service Oriented Charitable Institutions/NGOs/Trusts and what not.

Since the combined Andhra Pradesh officially bifurcated into two different States, lot of encouragement and motivation is seen in all the above fields.  Most of the people likely to settle down at Andhra Pradesh in view of the growth, development and new set up & establishment of new Andhra Pradesh State, the Telangana State including Hyderabad with 10 Districts is presently and likely the hot place for above fields/sectors.  Moreover, the weather conditions suit to most of the above fields particularly to the IT, Pharmaceutical, Agriculture, Foreigners for Investments, and Trade & Establishments. Moreover, the Hyderabad city (Telangana State) is situated above 560 feet approximately of seal level.  Apart from this, there are no communal riots, strikes, disturbances, tsunamis, earth-quakes, political disturbances and the Hyderabad city is quiet and calm for all category people for staying purpose, education, trade, business and also for major investments. Also, since the new Telangana State 5-Year Term Elections recently completed (May 2014) and the new Government has taken over for Governance of the Telangana State Administration and likely and expected to last for complete 5-year Term ‘without any major disturbances and without political un-certainty’.  Therefore, it is quite evident from these facts that now the Investment, Trade and Business in all the above-mentioned fields/areas are sure to establish and flourish at Hyderabad city and in its surrounding areas. Presently, lot of hectic activity is foreseen in all the above activities/fields.

INVESTMENT, TRADE AND BUSINESS will improve and also the Government is encouraging Investors, to come up with their Business Plans, Trade Plans and Investment Plans.  Also, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT REGION (ITIR) is likely to be set up and get established in the near future at Hyderabad where lot of improvement, development including employment opportunities would be provided to IT and Non-IT qualified persons/people.  As it is, Hyderabad is called the IT Hub where quite a number of IT establishments already exist especially at Hitech City, and at Uppal area of Hyderabad. As it is IT Hub at Hyderabad is one of the biggest in India when compared to other States and already proven successful for investments and business deals worldwide and well recognized by the global countries. Therefore, it is needless to mention that this IT Sector and the ensuing ITIR sector will definitely make the Hyderabad City in particular and the Telangana State in general to compete with the global standards and competitions and put the Hyderabad City in the Driver’s seat, as far as IT field is concerned, in the near future. Also, Hyderabad city area and its surroundings are most suitable for IT field and also for Tourism Sector because of its environmental weather conditions, climatic conditions and also for Accommodation facilities are available for all the people working.  These climatic conditions are most suitable for foreigners when they visit Hyderabad for various official visits and also for staying purposes.

As regards other fields, Hyderabad city (Telangana State) is well ahead of other States in the fields of Education, Real Estate, Electronic Industry, Technology Development, Science & Technology, Construction field, Tourism sector, Film Industry, Pharmacy, Hotel Industry, Agriculture, Horticulture,  Research & Development and in Social Service Activities (Charitable Institutions/Trusts/NGOs/Foundation Canters), so on and so forth and made all round progress, development, well recognized by the global countries and well applauded by the Centre.

There is really a Real Estate Boom, in both these Two States.  There is likely hectic Construction activity in both these Two States, is in offing and foreseen up to next 5-10 years’ time.  Lot of development is expected to be seen with regard to Trade, Business, Market, Industry, Agriculture, Science & Technology, Film Industry, Software Industry Educational Industry, Hotel Industry and other fields of development Domestic, National and International interest areas.

As such, this is the time for any Investor to come forward for Investment purposes at Hyderabad, in its surroundings and also in all the 10 Districts of new Telangana State.  It looks that the Investments are safe and Return on Investment (ROI) are very much foreseen, as per the Investment Pattern and Investment Plans.  If one goes by the previous Track Record, no business person or investor who invested amounts for various types of businesses as above stated went Red nor put into loss.

Good Construction activity is likely expected on all fronts, such as, Flats, Malls, Offices, Multiplexes, Schools/College Buildings, Hospitals, Movie Houses, Shops, Fly-over Bridges, Software Offices and all-round development, in these Two New States, because of Trouble-free areas, Peaceful States, suitable Weather and Climatic conditions especially for Information Technology Field set up, establishment, and improvement.  Likely coming soon Information Technology Investment Region (ITIR) in both these newly formed States, in the Southern Region of India.
