How did you become an author and get published? Share your experience.I started writing (on a portable typwriter) while playing music for a living in taverns and community halls in Western Canada. After a few hours practice of new numbers I then filled the days telling stories. After leaving "the road" I wrote articles for the Alaska Highway Daily News, the Peace River Block Daily News, the Western Producer and a couple of magazines.View More

How did you become an author and get published? Share your experience. They say write about what you know so my life as a vet has been a rich source of material. A goose given to me by a grateful farmer to fatten up for Christmas became a pet instead. This resulted in me writing a monthly column for the next fifteen years.View More

If you like gods and mythology, I recommend that particular series. First book is Siobhan's Secret.View More

How do you approach the development of your characters? Are they based on real people or entirely fictional?Character development is a fascinating aspect of writing for me. While some characters may draw inspiration from real people I've encountered or heard about, I strive to create individuals with their own unique traits and personalities. It's essential for me that each character serves a purpose in the narrative and undergoes meaningful growth or change throughout the story.View More
