Agnello is a Webster, NY native from just east of Rochester, and graduated fourth from his class of 188 in the Boys’ Division of Rochester’s Bishop Kearney High School. Agnello went on to Marquette University, earning his Bachelor of Arts in Speech cum laude in three years in 1978 while graduating ninth in his Diederich College of Communication class of style="margin-left:0px;">Following his undergraduate studies, Rich completed a three-week wilderness expedition as a 1979 graduate of Outward Bound West in San Lorenzo, New Mexico, and then earned his Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business in one style="margin-left:0px;">Rich is the husband of Theresa (Cecil) Agnello and have been married since 2000, and they reside north of Columbus in Worthington, Ohio, where Agnello is an 20-year member of Lifetime Fitness and 9-year participant in That Man Is You!
